Who covers the travel costs to the project location?
Travel within Lithuania to the departure point (ferry, airport, etc.) is organized and paid for by the employee. From the departure point, Global Scaffolders organizes and covers travel to and from the project site, either by company transport or through transport providers.

Are long-distance travels additionally compensated?
Yes. If the journey exceeds 600 km from the ferry port (after arriving in Sweden) or to the ferry in Sweden, employees receive an additional travel allowance.

When is the salary paid?
Salaries are paid on the 25th day of each month for the previous month worked. Employees also receive their payslip 1–2 days before payday.

Where are taxes paid?
Taxes are paid both in Lithuania and Sweden. Employees are responsible for declaring their taxes in Sweden and can later reclaim eligible amounts.
